I hope now the "low %" can be up and running too. I didn't know that if I was a part of the "low %" group I wouldn't get help. But only because it took 2 months to get acknowledged and some people like yourself provided nothing more than well.nothing. Did I get a little frustrated? Yes, I did. These postings obviously caught the attention of many users by the count of views. It was VDJ.who started me with the knobs and controls on the VCI. All of the postings we were getting, was talking about setting up the software, and ASIO. I felt my postings, was helping explain everything I was doing and testing so those who could help had all of the information, including the information from the help behind the scenes from VDJ. This issue was a little tricky, not just for the "low %" of us, but even for the VDJ support guys. Once I was contacted, I spent many late nights, up waiting for support to take control of my computer. Even though it took them a while I was very patient, and even continued to provide updates as to what I was doing as far as testing goes. I had a trouble ticket in since February 7th for some support. Just to let you know, I too troubleshoot electronics for a day job and have been doing it, and doing it well, for over 21 years. First of all, I troubleshot and did everything I could (including heading to the local Music Store) to fix this issue.BEFORE I posted. I wasn't going to say anything, but I feel I should explain myself. I admit I was wrong in "cross posting", but I guess I have to learn more etiquette. You on the other hand provided nothing to help the cause other than reading frustration out of my post. Cross posting your testing in every VCI-300 thread, however, will only alienate those wishing to help. Groove, everyone here is willing to help you. Not to mention the end users who have posted good performance results. Most of the Team, and several moderators, have the VCI-300 and use it with both MAC and PC. This piece of equipment was tested over, and over, again during the beta stage of the software's development. If only those with trouble are posting, those with flawless performance are not. You, I'm sad to say, are among that low % of users with issues. Of the many VCI300 users we have on these forums an amazingly low number have continued to have trouble after proper configuration.
